We require a 10% deposit for online bookings and remaining balance once job is completed. If you book over the phone, via text or email no deposit is required. You will not be charged in full until the job is completed to your satisfaction.

Do you need anything from me?

All we need is your keys and access to power and water outlet, we come fully supplied with our own supplies, detailing tools, hoses and extension cords.

How long should your service take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the scope of work being done including the service, size and condition of the vehicle. Genereally speaking, between 2.5-4.5hrs. Once we undertsand what work you want done, your vehicle details and condition we can give you a more accurate time range.

Can you service me at my apartment or work location?

Accepted Answer

Yes, The only thing we need is enough room to work around the vehicle. If your parked in a tight spot it makes it alot more difficult for us we need room to move around the vehicle and be able to access the vehicle with our equipment and supplies easily. 
 
9/10 times we can service you at your apartment or work. Please ask and confirm that we're allowed on the premise. Sometime property managment does not like/allow detailers to work on site but since we are registered, certified and insured this is usually never a problem.

Are there any additional fees for mobile service?

If you're within 30 minutes of Central Ottawa and Gatineau, there's no extra charge for our mobile service. For locations over 45 minutes away, a $20+ fee may apply to cover travel expenses.

What types of detailing products, equipment and methods do you use?"

We use a variety of detailing products and equipment that are designed to preserve the integrity of your car while providing superior cleaning. 
 
We also use a variety of tools like vacuum, steam cleaners, extractors, microfiber towels, detailing brushes, applicator pads, pet hair brushes, air blowers, pressure washers etc... 
 
The detailing methods we use will be determined by the scope of work and condition of the vehicle we are working on.

Are you by appointment only?

Yes, we  usually work by appointment only but sometimes we can take on jobs with short notice we request at least 1 day notice prior to your requested time. It is best to contact us to see how we can help.

Yes, you can schedule multiple vehicles for one appointment. Just provide the details of each vehicle and the services needed when booking, and we'll take care of the rest!
